An exchange can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order on eligible items only.

Please email alexgrecolettering@gmail.com or reach out via our contact form on our website to start an exchange. Item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging. If obvious signs of wear or damage are seen upon return, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

Customers are responsible for cost of sending items back to our shipping center.

Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value, or for store credit, valid up to 3 months from receipt of your return.
