Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All tags must be attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items and accessories

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at alexgrecoboutique@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • You will receive store credit only. No refunds to original payment methods.
  • Please allow for 5-10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
